COVID 19 INFORMATION
Coronaviruses are common across the world. COVID-19 is a new strain of Coronavirus first identified in Wuhan City, China in December 2019. For the fit and healthy, it remains a mild illness, however, it is important to limit the spread to protect the health and wellbeing of the whole population. Terry and Liz are taking the responsibility to protect your health seriously. With this in mind, we would like our guests to follow a few simple rules to minimise the risks to ourselves and future holiday maker at these cottages.
Any guests who are feeling unwell or are showing symptoms will be asked not to visit the cottages.
We will greet guests with warm smiles rather than handshakes.
We will regularly clean door handles and surfaces with a powerful disinfectant.
We have provided our guests with hand sanitiser and surface wipes.
Unfortunately, we have had to remove all books, games, and information leaflets due to cross-contamination, so ask all guests to bring any books and games with them, ensuring you take them home. Our guest information book is wipeable so can be sanitised and is fine to browse.
We ask that our guests strip the bed linen and place in the black bin liners provided. Please do the same with all towels.
Handovers of the cottages will be well spaced out to allow extra hygiene measures between visitors.
Facemasks and gloves will be worn by our cleaners when completing household tasks within the cottages.
If we are forced to close due to COVID-19, bookings can be transferred or cancelled at no extra charge.
Other than that, it’s business as usual here and we appreciate your support!
We continue to follow the advice of the Department of Health and Chief Medical Officer, as things are changing every day and keep our guests informed.
